Having grown up in the Great Lakes, I do love our N Rockies mountain weather. It helps to like skiing, though! Hope your heat wave breaks soon--maybe you can get out on the water?
BBBRRRRR now that cooled us off....
Gosh!! When you put it that way....how about that heat isn't it great. LOL. Your pictures brought me back to earth. Don't want to go there.
I tried. I really did. I'm sitting here in 90 plus degree weather, trying to FEEL the cold. I tried. I really did!
Remeber when ice was boring. (Just a few short months ago. LOL) Sure looks good now. :)
Oh thankyou thankyou thankyou! I feel refreshed (almost). Looking at these cold pictures nearly get me to feel just a little bit less clammy and sticky. I really don't like this tropical heat for such a long time. I feel like I'm melting away and my poor doggies suffer too.
I love your sense of irony. Or humor! I hope it's humor... I feel for you folks back east.
Nice shots, and an appealing blog :-)
I did the same thing! I was looking at pics of ducks in the icy water and snow. It has truly been hot and muggy here. My two favorite seasons are spring and fall. I don't care much for the extremes. lol
*LOL* I too have been looking at cold pictures lately - more than 2 weeks with high temperature, are more than 2 weeks to much *LOL*
