Yup. Looks like ice to me....
I love all your ice and water photos of the last few posts. I also live by the beach but it's rarely so cold here that the water freezes. It happened in a small harbour on the mainland one day last February, and that was so unsual it made the papers: The Day The Sea Froze!!!! So it's so interesting for me to see these, and they're great.
