Hi Judy, the Hollyhocks from your garden are very lovely. They are such stately flowers; To me they look a little like single roses, do they actually have a scent? Not that they need it as their visual appeal is so remarkable.

Yes Hollyhocks, we used to plant them in our garden. I saw them last time in a park in Taiwan and could not remember its name. Yours are very beautiful
I wonder if I can grow hollyhocks in my garden. Could they survive in the tropics?

I love your hollyhocks. We had them on the farm where I grew up.

Never heard of Hollyhocks - but I believe I have seen the flower! And your shots of them are so wonderful! From the most delicat and white - to dramatic red! Lovely flowers!
You asked me about 2 of my flowers; I really do not know their name! They are both small flowers growing in the woods, and I am better on clicking on the camera than checking out theire names....
