The hibiscus flowers are blossoming.
They have only been in this part of the world
the last few years,
and I am still amazed
at the sheer size of them!

I like these flowers a great deal - we had one in our house in the UK - but it had to be left behind when I moved to Australia.

They are awesome flowers, so pretty!! Brew some petals, once they fall, in some tea and improve your blood pressure and cholesterol. They taste somewhat bitter though.
