Semi-Double Peonies

This is Mister Ed, a semi-double.

And Dandy Dan, who dates back to 1946.

But my favourite of the semidoubles has got to be Coral Charm, developed in 1964.

The blossoms are dark as they open, and fade to almost white as they age.

Adorei visitar o seu blog, encontrei muitas fotos interessantes! Que linda estas peônias! Por aqui não existe esta maravilha... Talvez não se adaptem ao nosso clima.

Oh, how lovely your peonies are. I love them all, especially your Coral Charm as the light filters through each petal.
