Hyacinths perfume the air around them.
It's beginning to smell like spring!
The white ones were on sale, so I brought some home,
to sit beside the computer.

I am green with envy! We have no hyacinths yet. We won't for another few months at least! I think I will buy a pot if they have them at the market just so I don't get to crazy waiting.

Beautiful. Once again I lament that they have not yet invented "scratch-and-sniff" computer monitors.

Your flowers, all of them, are lovely. You have the camera-eye. Also love the sky photos and of course, Miss Kitty...aren't the hyacinth fragrant.? I love them too and cannot wait for the smell of spring all around me.

Has spring knocked on your door? The Hyacinths with their waxy petals, scenting the air are a must have in early spring; I used to love them in Switzerland where I experienced long winters. The colours are gorgeous, everything is very neat about these plants. I also love your header with the Lilac tree and misty background. I even can smell them, amazing! This picture is very powerful in its subtleness.
