Walked past this bed of poppies this morning,
with the morning sun streaming through the petals
and gilding the edges of the buds
So bright and beguiling!

Love these poppies! They looks like Spanish poppies, sometimes called Moroccan poppies, which are starting to boom in my gardens now. Nice photos!
