The purple loosestrife is starting to bloom.
I know it is a terribly invasive plant,
but it does make a good cut flower.

Beautiful color.
That one reminds me of the flowers magicians take out of nowhere. But it is a beauty.
I love the colour. Too bad it;s so invasive.
It is too bad it is such a ruination to native areas because it is truly a beautiful looking plant! I know in Ontario it has smothered out and changed many creek and swamp areas.
