When I lived in the country years ago, you could see many weeping willows. I seldom see them anymore. This one certainly made a nice shot for today.

Ours are much further advanced than yours. It is lovely to see them first coming into leaf, isn't it?

Willows are some of the first leaves to burst forth after winter--and a welcome sight they are!

THEY LOOK AT THE SKY

The look at the sky, and they say,
“Though storm clouds be scudding my way,
I still like the sight;
By day or by night
All heaven’s a stunning display.”

Pretty little violets up above. Isn't it so nice to start seeing green leaves on the trees! Mickie :)
