Grass and Sunlight

Last summer, when the grass was in bloom,
the morning sun limned everything with gold.
I am sharing this post with Nature Footstep Catch the Light.

The beams and the bokeh make the pictures look so dreamy.
Beautifully captured lights, Judy.

made extra special by the light!!

to answer your question from my blog, we do not "try" to grow vines on our fences because they block our view of the water. the neighbors all have climbing vines that always find their way to our fences and we have to pay someone to cut them back. i love vines but we give up too much to have them!!!

So beautiful - I think every year that I have to take more pictures of grass.

Aah ... just the thought of summer makes me happy. And you are a wise photographer to capture the light on the grasses. They are always beautiful and often overlooked.

These are lovely - and yes I agree with your post on my page regarding negative space. These are good examples of negative space that are not white. The soft and smokey bokeh works well for negative space so your eye is drawn to just your flower. So glad your enjoying the course - me too!
