i "learned" about buds last year...seeing images of them on other peoples blogs!!
they are layered beauties that force the imagination to run wild!!!
Flowers that make me happy!
Beautiful! I love both the flowers and the buds.
Hi Judy!! excellent shots of one of my own fave flowers to photograph!! My fave shot is the third one.
Every time I see them, I go, sunflowers .. maybe the color or just the size but still, I've always been in awe.
They make me smile :) And the buds are pieces of art.
Lovely.
Have a nice evening

love the sunflowers and the buds too!
Great shots! I like taking pictures of the buds, too.
We've got several varieties of those confusing yellow flowers too. Hard to sort them all out.
Such sturdy, brave flowers. :-) They grow in the sidewalks here in Minneapolis, and I always smile when I see them...

never seen a wild one in Sweden. It is simplier then what I see but not less gorgeous. :)
I agree that they are hard to figure out!
These are lovely!
Who knew? I was wondering where mine came from!
(ツ) from Cottage Country Ontario , ON, Canada!
these are just gorgeous!
Lovely colors. As fall is here in full force, we are slowly loosing our colorful flowers :( Thanks for the bright photos!
