Blue Vervain

While the blue vervain plants are a couple of feet tall, the flowers themselves are tiny, about an eighth of an inch across.
In past years, I have only found one or two plants,
but this year, there have to be about 50!
Most of them in a cow pasture, but the cows don't eat them...

These are beautiful blossoms. They just demonstrate that wonderful things come in small packages.
