NF Waters

There are geese in the pond again,
 and that means feathers,
 often with dew drops.

Marvellous photos of the feathers. It seems geese are a good thing having around. :)

Thanks for your very nice comment on my blog. My header is an ordinary cabbage white fly on lavender, edit in photoshop. I am very fond of that picture myself and don't think I will change header for a long time. ;)

Stunning macro shots! The tiny dewdrops look like strings of diamonds.

I love that delicious texture and light in feather, in the first major composition.

I could feel those cotton-soft, slightly dampened feathers...

I love how splendidly bedraggled some of these look with the dew drops and the light shining on them

I've been collecting feathers for crafts, Judy!
If you ever find any large ones you do not want...
I have a ton from Bleeker park (I think!) in Ottawa and gave them away. sigh.
I made a Thanksgiving Turkey with some. It was fun!
Cheers from Cottage Country!
