Lily of the Valley

My Mom has a large patch of lily of the valley

all along the east side of the driveway.

I spent some time every day taking photos

and simply breathing the fragrance.

I tried lying on the driveway,

photographing up into the bells.

Capturing the blossoms with the sun fading in

 the west brought new colours into them.

I am linking this with NF Blo-Ma today.

The lily of the valley is blooming now.

 I love that raindrop, waiting to fall...

I am playing with still lifes now.

Flowers and Books

I have been playing with the idea of flowers

 lying on top of books.

 But I am not sure whether I am heading in the right direction, or not.
