Abstract Lichen

This patch of lichen on the granite caught my eye, but the original photo was not as interesting as I had hoped, so I played with the colours. I think this version is better.

Friday"s Fences

I've acquired quite a collection of fence posts,

so I am sharing them with you today,

 rust, lichens and all!

Friday's Fences

I love the textures in this photo - the wood, the lichen, and the rusty barbed wire!

Friday's Fences

I love the way the morning light shows up the lichen on the fence post.

Fence Posts

I am fascinated with fence posts,

 especially the wooden ones

which are showing their age.

So much variety...

Fencepost

Old fenceposts, ones that are no longer used,

seem to speak of another age.

I love the lichen on this one.
