Macro Flowers Saturday

The pine trees are preparing their cones for next year.
 I am not sure of the timing of the process. Maybe I will remember to pay attention to it this year.

Come summer, when the pines are ready to fertilize the cones, my car will be covered with yellow pollen.

The snow covered branches look more beautiful than in summer.
The last photo with the cones would make up a lovely Christmas greeting card.
