Red Berries

I have no idea what sort of a shrub this is,
but the berries are so pretty,
especially when wearing hats of fluffy snow.
The fall leaves were beautiful, too, before they fell.

Beautiful shots, especially the berries in the snow. I love the ornage berries against the magenta leaves in the fall. We call this a burning bush, it's in the euonymus family of shrubs. Ours has sprouted little seedlings everywhere.

I'm trying to imagine our first snow. I'm never ready.

Hmmm. You have snow! It looks great with the red berries. Very festive.

I really like the berries (and the leaves), but. I'm less enthusiastic about the snow.

What fun! I'm digging the berries in the snow.

I'm glad you are happy with the calendar. (I bought a batch for family prior to the big discount myself! Doh!)
