Bouquet of Jerusalem Artichokes

I was taking this spent bouquet of Jerusalem artichokes
out to the compost bin, when I realized there was still some beauty left in it.
I stopped for a photo shoot on the way to the compost.

They are very pretty still! It is amazing what we can till see from our camera's eyes, isn't it?

Imperfections are what make nature interesting and beautiful.

Plus, I love hearing that you compost - what a wonderful way to re-use every scrap of nature possible!
