My hoya plant is just blooming its little heart out this month.

Scilla in the Snow

I have a few flowers blossoming now, but do you want to guess what the weather was doing yesterday?

It started with rain, but it turned into snow,

so I would pop outside for a few captures, every hour or so...

Wooly Bear Caterpillar

I was out for a walk, and saw about half a dozen dead wooly bears, so when I saw this fellow galloping across the path, I had to capture him. 

Boy, was he ever moving quickly!!

Tulip

I bought myself some tulips to celebrate finishing school. Now I am a dental assistant, and all I need is a job...

First Crocus

Yesterday morning, I saw the first crocus in my garden.

When I got home in the afternoon, it was open!

Coleus Leaves

One advantage to being home in the morning now, is that I get to see the sunshine coming through the windows. 

I love the way these coleus leaves look in that sunlight!

Snow

We had about 4 inches of snow Sunday, so yesterday, I got outside to capture the delicacy of the flakes, before the sun melted all the edges.

And this is my front yard. That mountain at the end of the driveway is still about 4 feet tall.

On a positive note, I heard a robin while I was walking to the bus stop yesterday.
