I love shadow photos...good luck with your rose petals...can't wait to see what you come up with...
The colors go well together. I love seeing the flowers in bloom, but they are still interesting at the end of their tour of duty. Love the composition.
These are wonderful macros of the Queen Anne's lace and shadow. I especially like that second photo.

honestly I was looking more on the wood because I love old wood. Due to that I like the last photo better. It shows both shadow and the structure in the wood. :)
