Texas does provide many excitement to its denizens - summer of blazing heat and holiday snow. It's certainly not boring in Tx.
Happy new year.
Cool shots of the ice on the cattails. Looks like you had a lovely walk. Happy New Years.
Beautiful ice, amazing photos!
The ice shots are amazing to me.
Sydney - City and Suburbs
Nice photos - amazing "structures" after the storm.
Lycky if was a nild ice storm. The last time I experienced one, all the power lines came down in Montreal. No heating, no cooking...
luckily we had a tiny kerosene amping cooker so we could warm some mik for the baby. The power was out for a week!
Lovely shots.
never dull here in Texas...snow again today.....crazy...
Ice storms have a bad habit of looking very pretty while acting in such a ugly manner! Nice shots!

love your icy photos.
The ice storm makes for a lot of opportunities for the photographer but I understand it can be a problem for drivers and utility companies.
You made good use of the opportunities.
Wow fantastic shots of the cattails. Have a great day.
Really beautiful shots!:-)
Wish you a Happy New Year!
Beautiful series of photos. Love all of them. Wish I could get a chance to wander in the snow someday and take pictures. :0
Wow ... I'm amazed to see how plants manage to survive such wintry conditions! Your photos here and in previous posts too are simply beautiful and fascinating. Thanks so much for sharing and for visiting my warmer beach views at Sacred Ruminations. Wishing you and yours a Joyous New Year!

Wow, I remember ice storms from growing up in the Great Lakes area, but it's been a long time. Great pics! As for Annie: "Ah, it's just a deer leg..."

Happy New Year to you dear Judy.
