The light is very pretty on the textured water. Very nice!

I like ripples ... and the grass too
It is fascinating, to see the different ways the light bounces with the autumn solstice.
And our leave are beautiful, but we are visiting Ottawa this weekend! I will miss it, but happy to see friends and family!
Hi Judy, I love photographing the water too. I'm so excited when I can spend a day just walking and taking pictures. Especially when the water is perfectly calm and you get those wonderful reflections.
Love you pictures of the frosted asters in a previous post. Beautiful.

I think you did a wonderful job of capturing the sunlight reflecting on the water. I like the shadows caused by the ripples.
