Skywatch Friday

This tree was in the park, 8 or 9 feet tall.
The leaves look a little like apple leaves,
but the fruits stick up in the air.

P.S. Thank you to Adrienne, for identifying this as a Korean dogwood!

The mystery tree :-)
Makes some lovely images, especially against the blue sky and the green background.

We have one of these in our front yard. It is a Korean dogwood. The blossoms are a pale green to white flower, but the fruits are what make this tree truly stunning.

Hi there – that’s a good looking tree. Glad you found out what it was, as I would have been no help at all!

So delicate flowers and a very blue sky. I have the same plant in my garden, but it never comes to red.. only green and white.
Happy weekend:-)

Hello,
Thanks for stopping by my blog and for your kind comments. I enjoyed looking through your blog. You have many interesting plants to photograph. This one is particularly beautiful to me. I can relate to your 50 something statement. It is a wonderful time of life:-)

Wow, they're beautiful! And you have captured them nicely!
By the way, snowberries are decorative plants, which look nice all year round, from the flowers to the white berries in autumn and into winter. Thanks for your comments in my blog.
