Everything looks more beautiful when the sun comes out even if it is cold. Your photos are beautiful.

Yes, you are absolutely right about the sun changing everything. When the rain stopped for a while today and the sun shone the water droplets into diamonds ... I felt a whole lot better.
I like snow a lot better when I can see it in the sunshine. Beautiful photos, in the last one it looks like a little bit of the blue sky reflecting on the water.
One of my favorite sights to see is the bright sun on snow covered land - it just glistens.
