Skywatch Friday

In Woodstock, Ontario,

the city where I grew up, she is commonly known as The Cow.

In recent years, she has been moved to a more prominent location for the tourists.

Being a native, I have never been this close to her before.

Love it....so majestic. The shadow shot is a nice addition, too. Thanks for sharing this piece of your city!

That's a hoot ...

In my part of the woods ... we have Paul Bunyun and Totem Poles ... they are so boring ... in comparison

I'm not sure I've ever seen a monument to a cow before. Thanks for the interesting post and for the brilliant sky in your photos. I liked the shadow shot as well.

She is a wonderful Friesian under the blue sky admired for ever! I love good butter!
