What great pictures of the heron. This is a new one for me -- maybe I haven't been looking at the right time of day (or night).
Nice shots. I've been seeing this bird a lot lately too and so many of them. I love it! :-)
Maybe he is only a night heron because of his darkish colour? Very nice pics, in any case
