Between Sunday afternoon and Monday morning, we had 56 mm of rain. No wonder the river and the marsh were flooded. And the pussywillows were wet, too.

I really like the raindrops of the pussywillows in your first photo.
56 mm is over 2.2 inches, which is a lot of rain however you measure it. I love pussywillows, even wet.
