Did you know carrots come in many colours? The store has a display of heritage carrots. The purple ones bleed when you steam them with the others, though.

I've not seen these colorful heritage carrots before. Thanks for sharing these with us.
I'll have to admit I didn't know and only think of orange.
These made for a lovely image.
They are beautiful - have never seen carrots other than orange:)
