I can't tell if the snow/ice is slushy or re-frozen and slick! Either way, these are amazing.
And I can't help but notice ... in the bottom photo ... that top pawprint is kinda shaped like a heart!
Tracks frozen in time, the purest form ("indexical") of the sign according to Pierce--as such, their presence connects us directly with the sign-maker.
