winter and all her wonderful faces. You have a nice mix in your photos.
those are great shots. love the sprinkling of snow on top.
I've never seen crystals like that - they're fantastic! I had some near misses today too, on puddles I wasn't expecting to be frozen :0
The juvenile reminds me of me! Although I'm glad to say I'm no longer a teenager - just :)
What great pictures. I love them
Great shots. I didn't even realize that it was ice at first.
Those are beautiful pictures. I haven't seen like that personally. Stunning captures.
you really catch some great shots...
I love the last shot with all these little different elements coming together beautifully.
I hope I haven't asked you before; but do you have a macro lens? These crystals are wonderful!
Great pictures! Love the thin ice! We never have thin ice here on the sea. I love the snow crystals!
Thanks for your sweet comment!
Those are great shots
I don't think I've ever seen the sea iced up either. How cold was it to have that happen?
The snow crystals look lie fireworks in the sky! Great photos.
Very cool. Like a dance.
yeah it does look an open water, and that bit of snow added beauty in the picture
Great shots Judy!! Thanks :))
great photos. It is unusual to find such clear ice. Nice to see.
I am glad you liked my header. I will keep it for a long time so you are welcome back to watch. I have a version of it on my desktop too. :):)
Very beautiful and lovely crystals:-) Great shots!
Top shots!!
Happy Watery Wednesday...Luna
Wow, amazing.
Very magical... it's ethereal and otherworldly beautiful, Judy! :o)
Fascinating images. Nature still has a few tricks up its sleeves.
Oh beautiful shots...Happy watery Wednesday.
Your shots are unique and beautiful. At first I wondered how snow could land on the water without melting.
The ice looks so clear - it does look like water.
The reflections of the sun through the ice are amazing. Beautiful pictures.
That is some of the clearest ice I've ever seen. I like the snow flakes on the surface of the ice.
Interesting post and great pictures -- but I am mesmerized by your header photo (this is my first time visiting your site). I love lilacs too. Not too much longer...!
How lovely! Nature can create such intricate and beautiful patterns.
I too thought it was open water until I read the text. Those are fantastic photos! There is a whole world under the ice.
Awesome. I love the feathery look of the snow, especially in the last shot. Very neat
Oh ok, those are ice crystals, I'm so glad you added that or I would have had to ask what it was. LoL!
