Yesterday I vowed to plants some on the planters on the deck. My veggies were primarily a failure in terms of fruit, but the flowers were lovely.
Yes, fall is creeping slowly.
We have a mass of blackbirds, too! I have been trying to capture a video, but with all the boat noise it has been tough. Can't wait to see your photos. Mine are not good, since they are in the trees and hard to spot!

When I was a little girl, my mother had a big greenhouse and she grew dozens of sword lilys just like those lovely ones...
