Gloria doesn't like the flash of the camera, but she is very happy, otherwise. I am no longer shoving antibiotics down her throat, nor putting a warm wet compress on the area where her anal gland had an abscess. It turns out she does not like the acidophilus, either, but I can hide a bit in her food...

Gloria is the cat we have had the longest - 12 years now. She used to be the climbingest cat, so we named her after the morning glory.

Gloria had to go to the vet, and the sink was the closest thing to a box in the examining room.

My Cat Likes To Hide in Boxes

That is the title of a book I read to my daughters a gazillion times, and we still occassionally quote to each other. And since Gloria insists that she needs a box in the kitchen, it is totally appropriate. I did take some photos of Miss Kitty this morning, but either the camera or the computer ate them. The location of that photo shoot was not the best, so I will give her a couple of hours to move, and try again.

The Cat in my Lap

You have seen photos of Jake and Annie, so here is the third fur kid, Gloria. I hope you realize how hard it is to get a good photo of the occupant of your lap.
