I'm very glad you ignored the snow and shared these beautiful macros with us.
Searching the archives is a healthy endeavor this time of year! Once the sun comes out I'll be looking for winter beauty, but these dreary days have been way too frequent at the moment.
Lilies are good flowers to have around! I grow daylilies and tiger lilies in my garden...I can hardly wait to see their smiling blossoms again.
Ahhhh lilies - they speak to us of summer.
A lovely lily! I find much solace in my archives when the weather is not conducive for new shots.

I like that idea - I need to ignore the cold too. Daylilies are a favourite of mine. I transplanted mine from my parents farm so they are sturdy and have a lot of history to go with them.
