Beautiful photos, I like the textures of tree bark, exquisite abstract compositions.
very cool, reminded me of a map!!
i agree with Debbie--satellite map was the first thing that came to me when i saw these photos.:p
Super abstract photos. Wish you a nice week. From Hilda
hi Judy! Nice macros! Very artistic of you. Loving it. Thank you.
I too like barks on tree trunks. This has nice shapes as well as colors.
You are right, they are intresting.
I would guess that it is a sycamore. Though I would have to see more of the tree to be sure. The bark has a very neat texture and contrasting colors. http://www.fcps.edu/islandcreekes/ecology/american_sycamore.htm
I love the art of nature. This bark is so interesting and beautiful.
The bark has made lovely rhythmic patterns. Beautiful shots.
I believe it's a sycamore, I used to climb them as a kid. Thanks for bringing back those memories! I love the textures
These are beautiful (and artistic) macros.
I like the texture here.
Love these abstracts. I'm guessing sycamore too.
Looks like puzzle pieces
