Skywatch Friday

Continuing the chronicles of the freezing rain, my walk to work took a lot longer than usual.
This is white pine needles and cones, covered with ice.

Yikes, freezing rain. Sure don't miss that but it IS beautiful in your pics. Oh yeah, "steel drainage thingy" -- that's way more poetic than "culvert" 8^o

I bet the roads look pretty scary after a freezing rain. Fortunately we are only having rain, or snow, nothing in between. - Margy

I love pinecones and collect them from all over and then try to grow trees and have had a few make it beyond their first couple of years~ Very nice post shares~
