Great pics of what many here consider an invasive weed.
PS: Emily was totally cool with the slug. As a marine biologist her work with various invertebrates has pretty well eliminated the freak-out factor. Except with spiders.
I love the different perspectives on this wildflower/weed. (I never know the difference.) I think it is poison to cattle, so it would definitely be a weed out west I think! But it is beautiful -- I especially like the last picture.
I agree, the shape and the color is the best part.
I used to grow Tansy. I loved it with its strong growth and yellow flowers.
when I changed my herb garden I did not include it as it tended to take over the garden beds. I still like it, I could plant it now somewhere it is free to wander. Your photos are splendid.
I love them - they are so modest and beautiful at the same time.
Lovely shots! I love the bright yellow color, very pretty.
I love this flower although I never seen this before..Never knew if it can grow well in tropical soil.. Beautiful tansy!! Love it!!
Beautiful shots of the tansy! It is considered an invasive species here, and usually gets pulled up before it goes to flower.
Lovelly pics. Thanks for sharing. That yellow flower we have here too, and it´s just a wild flower.
Thanks for the Comment on my blog.
Have a great day/Ulla, Sweden
This is a plant that is unfamiliar to me, but I do like those beautiful yellow blossoms.
You apparently have the love and appreciation of the outdoor beauty. Love the way you took the photos.
