If there is anything I have been craving for, it is a homemade fresh bread baked in woodfire clay or brick oven. They really taste yummy and country fresh.
Oh my that is the oven that they said, could produce good fresh bread or pizza. We couldn't get wrong doing the old ways. happy weekend!

My mouth is watering just thinking about that bread and the fragrance in that building. I hope you were able to get a sample.
I don't think I've ever had bread baked over coals before. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
