I'm always on the lookout for old church steeples. They always have much more character.
The stone in your first shot looks like something is missing. Almost like there was two layers of brick.
Those are beautiful. At one time I planed to photograph all the old churches in my area. Perhaps I'll get it accomplished some day.

Steeples come in such a huge variety, similar yet different. Neat shots!
