Pussywillows are the buds of the flowers of some trees.
So they develop further than the soft catkins that we all know and love.
I have never watched them past this stage, so I am looking forward to next week, to see the changes.
So much to discover in the world!

Ah yes. They look lovely in flower too these little treasures. I saw the very first little starts to flower today.
