This is about as colourful as the skies get, in November.
This morning, the sun did cast its rays on the walking sentinels in an interesting manner, lighting up the coil things, although I was too far away for a really good photo.

I like how you've photographed the leaves in the fence. Cool. And the skies truly are mostly overcast in November...but I thought this year we were lucky to see a bit of blue now and then. :))
