Watery Wednesday

We were walking through the marsh

during the last snowstorm.

Here is Annie, checking out the area around the open water.

And a clump of cattails patiently waiting for more open water.

  4. Doesn't look like the snow bothers Annie any. Lovely wintry photos. I love walking in the snow and I love your photos, so serene. Thanks for stopping by and identifying my bird, the male hooded merganser. I only wish I could have gotten a closer shot. As it was I had to crop my photo. It is the first one I have ever seen and have enjoyed looking at their images on google. A beautiful bird.

  6. Such lovely, delicate beauty, Judy! Those snow-dusted cattails are so elegant! Annie doesn't seem to mind the cold or wet... Happy Day :o) ((HUGS))

My Wednesday photo is a BROWN PELICAN at the marina [I also have another photo, by link, of the same pelican that is much better...a close up on my photo blog].

    COME SEE THE BIRD!

Hope your Wednesday is treating you well.
