Very beautiful and colorful! I agree with Tom; you should take it to Antique Roadshow or somewhere similar to have it appraised before trying to fix it up. Usually vintage finds are worth a lot more if they are *not* fixed.
I agree...Antiques Roadshow, or one of the local museum appraisal events. perhaps they can recommend a good restoration person. Good luck! It's a beautiful piece!
