I love coming across stuff like this! Love those old tins my parents' generation (but not my parents) kept all kinds of stuff because they'd lived through the Great Depression. Even I have a tendency to look at a cool new container and think it might come in handy... I make myself throw it away..
I love your photos and I did the same with my dad's stuff last year. And I hoarded (as he did) a lot of his stuff, which my husband calls rubbish. I too have lots of old tins and tools etc. I must photograph what i have here and join in the meme. Thanks for visiting btw:)

i remember seeing fuses and bulbs like that in my dads junk "area"!!
