I think Blogger itself must be having issues; I haven't been able to upload photos from my computer for several days - it doesn't give you the option any longer. Instead I've had to go the long way round and upload them to an online photo gallery and take the link to insert on blogger. (A lovely rose :)) Best wishes ---
