I thought the same thing you did about the narcissus being the small ones and was very surprised to find out that the only ones I considered daffodils were all in the genus narcissus.
We can also still have snow. As a matter of fact we may get some snow tonight. Having flowers now is a mixed blessing because our average last frost date isn't until mid to late April so these premature blooms won't last. Some have already been killed, especially trees that bloomed way too early. This has been a weird winter.

ReplyDeleteI hope we'll have tulips in the garden soon - though the daffodils aren't out yet. Flowers are always beautiful even when they're almost over.
