Pineapple Plant

The grocery store has a couple of these pineapple plants on sale. It looks as though the top of a previous plant was put into the soil, and grew a baby pineapple. I wonder if I could make one of these, the next time I buy a pineapple...

    I know you can! I've done it -- a long time ago when our kids were little (but if I can grow something, anyone can).
