No one has mentioned it, but in case some are thinking it—anyone who thinks fog isn't watery should try driving in it. :o) These are lovely photos, Judy. When I'm not driving in it, fog can be so beautiful, softening the edges of the landscape and changing everyday sounds into mysteries.

First, your blog banner is just wonderful. I've been trying to photograph the geese flying over going south for a couple of weeks now--not quick enough. And when I clicked on your fog photos just went "Ah-h-h!" So quiet, so simple, so beautiful.
