Under the Rail is awesome. My folks raised sheep awhile and my brother went to school to learn to shear them. Mom sent the wool off, had batting made for each of us 9 kids, which were gifts at Christmas. That was over 25 yrs. ago. I still have the quilt I made with my batting. I also have my mothers carting tools. Thanks for the awesome memory.
They are so lovely and gently creatures:)
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful sheep. I too like the one where he's peeking under the rail fence. Adorable!!!

ReplyDeleteGreat shots of the sheep, Judy. I can tell from your photos that you had a fun time there in spite of the weather.
ReplyDeletethe 3rd photo is adorable! terrific photos.
ReplyDeleteI still favor wool--better than polarfleece in cold or wet weather. And lamb is tasty, too!
ReplyDeleteI like your pictures of the sheep, especially the photo of the sheep peeping under the fence.
