From the build up of the road grit it looks like you have had quite a bit of snow. The icicles are beautiful but look very delicate.
I'm a bit fed up with snow and ice, but always find the icicles beautiful - love this photo!

These icicles have formed as the sun shone on the pile of snow heaped at the end of the road. You can see the build-up of sand and road grit that covers the snow here.
