While I was chasing ducks, I caught sight of the conduit under the road, and tried a couple of shots of it. I think I will continue this experiment after the icy season is gone.
That is...if I may say so....a picture perfect composition.

Love this shot - but it looks cold where you are : ) Love the pics on your blog -it looks like a beautiful area. We always wanted to visit Canada, but until then we will enjoy your pics.
I too thought it reminiscent of a huge keyhole. :) I do think you should continue the experiment. Definitely a four season grouping of shots would be super.
